Speakers and Panelists

Please fill out all of the speaker forms below. REACH Burn Foundation will review your submissions for content validity, compliance with ACCME Standards of Integrity, and eligibility for CME credit.

Speaker Deck Formatting

Insert the REACH Burn Foundation’s MAG Accreditation Statement and Financial Disclosure slides (indicating your financial relationships) as slides #2 and #3 respectively into your slide deck.

Formatting Guidelines for Speaker Decks

Mitigation

A member of the REACH CME team will contact you if any changes to slide decks are required to be eligible for CME credit.

Lecture

Do not use brand names or names of non-eligible companies (vendors) in your lecture(s).

REACH will transfer presentation slide decks to Western Burn Conference following review. Direct questions to Teri Abrams, PhD.
